I ordered something from mermaidsboutique.com and ended up needing to return it. The return itself wasn’t the biggest issue, but the refund took a lot longer than I was expecting. I had to email them twice before it finally got sorted out. To be fair, they did refund me in the end, but the whole process was annoying from my side.

My order took way longer than I expected. No clear updates either. Just kind of left wondering what was going on. I ended up having to chase it myself, which was frustrating. not sure I’d order from here again

I really wanted to like Mermaids Boutique, but the style selection just felt limited to me. A lot of the dresses looked kind of the same, and I couldn’t find much that felt different or up to date. Maybe it’s great if you’re into one very specific look, but it wasn’t really what I was hoping for. The site was easy enough to browse, but I wish there was more variety. I ordered a dress from mermaidsboutique.com and, the color was far off from what I expected. In the photos it looked like this soft blush shade, but when it arrived it was more of a bright pink, which was, like, not the vibe at all.
